標準化への取り組み IHE
IHEへの対応
医療情報システムの標準化への取り組みの一貫として、マルチベンダによる医療情報の円滑な連携を推進するIHE-Jの活動に参加しています。2008年10 月27日～31日に開催されたIHE-J主催の相互接続試験「IHE-Jコネクタソン2008」において、当社の医療情報システム「OCS-Cube」は、エントリした全てのテスト項目で合格の評価を得ました。エントリしたプロファイルは以下の通りです。
- 臨床検査：LTW(検体検査、細菌検査)、LBL(ラベル)
- 放射線検査：SWF(オーダ情報)、PIR(患者情報)
- ITインフラ：PAM(患者情報)、PDQ(患者情報応答)、CT(時間合わせ)
弊社は、日本IHE協会の技術委員会等に積極的に参加しIHEの普及、範囲拡大への取り組みに深く関わっています。今後も対応範囲を広げ、より安定したシステムをご提供します。
IHE/IHE-J とは
IHE(Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise)とは、 医療情報の円滑な連携を可能とするための「標準規格を使用したシステム構築の枠組み」を開発する活動で、 1999年に米国で発足しました。日本では、IHEの趣旨に沿って日本の臨床現場に適合するガイドラインを定める目的で、 2001年7月にIHE-J(Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise－Japan)が発足しました。IHEのガイドラインに準拠したシステムであれば、 標準規格が適用されているためマルチベンダによるシステムの構築期間の短縮や円滑な運用が可能となります。

コネクタソンとは
Connection(接続)とMarathon(マラソン)を掛け合わせた造語で、 IHEに参加するベンダーが一堂に会して長時間にわたり相互接続性を検証するものです。 製品のIHEテクニカルフレームワークへの適合性を評価し、 所定のテスト項目をパスした場合にコネクタソン合格と認定されます。 コネクタソンの評価結果はIHE-Jホームページでも公開されます。
IHE Integration Statements(IHE 統合宣言書)
IHE(Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) Integration Statementsは、 製品のIHEテクニカルフレームワークへの適合性に関して記述したドキュメントです。
各製品がサポートするIHE Actor(アクター)及びIntegration Profile(統合プロファイル)等が記載されています。
